Every order placed up to 3:00 pm will be sent in the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed and sent the next business day.

For example: An order placed at 2:55 pm on Monday will be sent the same day, while an order placed at 3:10 pm on Monday will be sent by us on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm will not be sent until Monday.

Orders placed in the form of PREORDER will be sent after completing the goods appearing in the order and paying the remaining amount. The customer will be informed by email about the completion of the PREORDER and after the payment the order will be sent on the basis of the standard order (given above).

If you choose online payment, we send the package after receiving confirmation of the transaction, which usually takes about 15 minutes. We have no influence on the time of this process, it is fully automatic.

Delivery time for the InPost courier is usually 1 WORKING DAY.

Delivery time for courier companies i.e. DPD, UPS, TNT, GLS in Europe is usually 3-5 WORKING DAYS.

Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. We recommend buying several products in one cart to avoid duplication of transport costs. We cannot group two separate orders, therefore shipping costs are added to each order separately.

Goods for shipment are properly packed and secured. The standard package is sealed with a company tape with our logo. Please check the quality of the package upon receipt to make sure it has not been tampered during transport.
